Who is responsible
Medzen AB (org. no. 559133-2258, Sweden), publishing as Tabeez Tales, is the data controller. Contact: hello@tabeeztales.com.
What we collect and why
When you sign up we store your email address, your language (English/Swedish), whether you asked about signed copies, which campaign brought you (e.g. "meta"), and when and how you gave consent (including the consent text). We use this only to send you the free colour-in page and occasional news about the book and future Tabeez Tales books.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You confirm it by clicking the link in our confirmation email (double opt-in). Signup is for adults; we do not knowingly collect children's data.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed signups are deleted automatically after 30 days. When you unsubscribe, we delete your address.
Who processes it for us
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and stores the list (storage region: Stockholm, Sweden). Vercel is a US company; transfers are covered by Vercel's data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
- Our email delivery provider sends the confirmation and newsletter emails on our behalf under a data processing agreement: One.com Group (Denmark, EU).
We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
Statistics without cookies
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without storing personal data or IP addresses. We do not use advertising pixels on this site.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link), and object or ask for data portability. Email us at hello@tabeeztales.com. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
